Usually, the “Because of You” articles are accounts of how the quality of the vehicles assembled here at Plant Spartanburg protected and even saved lives. But sometimes it is just the everyday appreciation from our customers that has an equally meaningful impact on why quality matters. Submitted to BMW Manufacturing as a letter of thanks, a new BMW X6 owner had the below to say.
“My appreciation for the fit, finish, features, and performance of the vehicle grows with every mile behind the wheel. The quality comes through in spades. In all the years of buying and owning cars, I rarely have stayed loyal to one brand. BMW has changed that scenario. I take pride in driving a vehicle with the white and blue roundel on the hood. Please let the people on the line know they have a very happy customer!”
That customer pride, loyalty, and appreciation are all Because of You!
